I am the sole owner & operator of Lumi Honey Esthetics, LLC and a Licensed Esthetician specializing in facial & body waxing, brow shaping & tinting & vajacials based in Charlotte, NC. I have been a Licensed Esthetician since 2020 & I love working with my clients to enhance their self care & self love while also improving their hygiene & beauty routines. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and plans may need to be adjusted. To ensure a fair and transparent cancellation process, we have established the following policy:
1. Cancellation Period:
• Cancellations must be made at least 5 hours prior to the scheduled service to not incur late cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
2. Refunds:
• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 3-5 business days
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the service start time has passed without notification.
3. Cancellation Process:
• Cancellations must be communicated through call/text via phone to (336)-403-2294
4. Rescheduling:
• Clients may request to reschedule services; however, times are subject to availability.
5. Exceptions:
• In case of documented emergencies or extenuating circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be considered.
